Q. How do I receive the equipment?
A. We will deliver and setup the equipment upon your arrival. In some cases we will leave the equipment with the front desk or your rental management service. Instructions will be provided if we are not there to setup the gear.

 

Q. What brands are available?
A. The following are some of the brands we carry, Safety 1st, Quinny, Eddie Bauer, Gracko, Babybjorn to name a few.

 

Q. What methods do you use to clean the equipment?
A. All items are thoroughly cleaned after each rental and again inspected prior to each rental contract. All items are cleaned according to Canadian health standards and we use only eco-friendly cleaning products.


Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash or money order.


Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. All cancellations must be made by phone. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of equipment delivery will be charged 50% of the total rental.


Q. What is the minimum order that I can place?
A. There is a $20 minimum order which does not include delivery fees and taxes.


Q. Where do you deliver?
A. Our area is the Mont-Tremblant and Laurentian region, you can see an area map on our about page here.


Q. Is there a delivery fee?
A. There is sometimes a delivery charge which also includes pickup of $5 on resort and up to $20 depending on location.

We will fax or email back a confirmation within 48 hours. If your order needs to be delivered within 48 hours, please order by phone.
All orders require a signature which can be faxed, emailed or signed upon delivery.


Q. How far in advance do I place my order?
A. To assure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as possible. Payment is not due until two weeks prior to delivery. If you need something at the last minute, call and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Q. How do I return the equipment?
A. Equipment must be available for pick up at checkout which is usually 11 a.m. If you leave before pick up occurs, please leave the equipment at the front desk unless other arrangements have been made.
