Rental Agreement
A rental agreement/waiver must be signed upon or prior to delivery of items.

Cancellation Policy
We are very understanding that our customers are traveling with infants and unexpected situations may arise where you would need to cancel your order at the last minute. Please let us know by phone and we will try and accommodate you. We need at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or a 50% fee will be applied. Early departures can also be subject to an appropriate fee.

Minimum Order and Delivery
The minimum order is $20 as well as a delivery/pickup fee of 5$ on resort and up to 20$ depending on location.

Damaged or Lost Goods
Any damaged or lost good will be charged to your credit card.
